Apply for and obtain a Certificate of Clearance through the Commission on Teacher Credentialling (CTC). Note this is a two-step process: you will need to be fingerprinted (by LiveScan) and then you will need to apply for the Certificate of Clearance online. You will receive email notification once the certificate has been granted with instructions on how to access it online.

TB Test results must be valid through June of the year following the academic year for which you are applying.
