The Master's University, in partnership with The Focused Pastor, aims to equip and support students pursuing a lifelong devotion to ministry, whether as lay leaders in the church, full-time pastoral work, or serving as another member of the body. We believe in nurturing the next generation of focused and effective church leaders to strengthen America's churches and build up the Body of Christ.
The Master’s University is partnering with Focus on the Family to help recognize and develop students defend and proclaim the biblical truths about marriage, the family, and all of Christian living. We are searching for students who have the courage and willingness to defend the inerrancy, authority, and sufficiency of Scripture, and who can develop a careful analysis and evaluation of information and ideas while carrying forth an unashamed proclamation of the Gospel of Christ.

The Focused Pastor Scholarship is open to all Fall 2024 on-campus undergraduate students applying for the first time to The Master’s University. Students must complete the TMU admissions process and be admitted to be considered for The Focused Pastor scholarship. Students must submit a written essay as part of their scholarship application.
Deadline
- Application Opens November 1st, 2024.
- The deadline to apply for Fall 2025 is March 1, 2025 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
Scholarship Amount (10 scholarships available)
Qualified applicants submission will be evaluated by the FOTF team to select an individual student to receive a $2,500 scholarship, awarded as $2,500 in the student's first year of enrollment. Scholarships will be applied directly to the students’ financial aid package. Standard financial aid eligibility applies for awarding and renewal. This academic scholarship stacks with community scholarships and other academic scholarships.
