The Centers of Excellence Grant
The Centers of Excellence Grant was established in honor of Pearl S. and D. Arthur Wismer by their family. In addition to being wonderful parents, Pearl was a devoted elementary teacher for over 50 years and Arthur was an exemplary role model in all business matters. The Centers of Excellence Grant is designed to provide financial assistance to deserving students showing reasonable progress towards the completion of a degree at The Master’s University.
The Recipient Must:
Be a full-time undergraduate student in on campus classes.
Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0
Be in good standing with the satisfactory academic progress policy.
Have strong academic standing in communication classes.
Demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA.
Exhibit careful stewardship.
Exhibit Christian characteristics as one "...who walks worthy of God..." (I Thessalonians 2:12) in daily life.
* Departmental scholarships are awarded for one year. Students are allowed to apply again in subsequent academic years, but renewal is not guaranteed.
