The Tobin Bolter Memorial Scholarship

The Tobin Bolter Memorial Scholarship was established in loving memory of Tobin Bolter, whose earthly life was taken in the line of duty as a deputy for the Ada Country Sheriff's Office in Boise, Idaho. Tobin graduated form The Master's University in 2017 with a business administration degree. During his time at the University, he was also a member of the cross country and track and field teams.
The Recipient Must:Be enrolled full-time, in-person in the undergraduate program in the 2024-25 school year.
Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00.
Demonstrate financial need through the FAFSA and desire for a TMU education.
Preference will be given to:
- Students with a demonstrated intent to pursue a career in Law enforcement.
- Dependents of full-time law enforcement.
- Cross country or track and field student athletes.
- Students from Compass Bible or North Creek Church.
