DISCLAIMER
The Registrar reserves the right to deny any request for a catalog year change.
CATALOG YEAR CHANGE
A student may file a request to change to a catalog year in which they are enrolled. All requirements must be met under the same catalog, including General Education requirements, Major requirements and minimum unit requirements.
The Master’s University reserves the right to change academic policies and procedures during a student’s time of enrollment.
CONTRACTED CATALOG POLICY
The following is how students are assigned to an Academic Catalog in which their graduation requirements are outlined.
Summer 2024 and earlier: Students starting TMU in Summer 2024 and earlier are subject to the graduation requirements laid out in the catalog for the academic year in which their first term of undergraduate or graduate level enrollment occurred.
Starting Fall 2024: Students starting Fall 2024 or later are subject to the graduation requirements laid out in the catalog for the academic year in which their first term of enrollment occurred in any level/program (non-matric, undergraduate, graduate).
Additional Policies:
All graduation requirements must be completed within seven academic years from the start date of a student’s first term of enrollment. If seven academic years have elapsed from the date of initial enrollment, the student must meet the graduation requirements of a catalog dated no earlier than seven academic years prior to the anticipated graduation date.
The catalog year begins at the start of the fall semester. Any students starting enrollment in the summer will be subject to the graduation requirements of the catalog for the prior fall semester.
